Q. Are there any charts with crochet patterns ?

A. Yes, crochet charts and written patterns are available for a few motifs.

Q. How do I download the free pattern?

A. There will be a link in the product info section on the right side after you choose a product.

Q. How do I download the paid pattern ?

A. Once you complete the payment process, you will receive an email with the link to download. If you are still having issues,         please get in touch through contact form.

Q. There are two payment options. Which one shall I use?

A. Razorpay for India, Paypal for international.

Q. Can I sell items made from your patterns?

A. My patterns are for your personal use, but you can sell items in limited numbers and credit me as the designer.

Q. Are your crochet patterns available on Ravelry?

A. They will soon be, stay tuned!

Q. Do you have any video tutorials for your designs?

A. Not yet, but my patterns do explain some steps with images.

Q. Do you have finished products for sale?

A. Finished products aren't available for sale as of now, but if you like a specific pattern, let me know through the contact page and I'll try to connect you with a maker friend.

Q. Can I share your patterns on social media?

A. No, you cannot share my patterns directly. However, if you make something, you can credit me as the designer by tagging me on the various social media platforms mentioned in the 'About Me' section. If you can't find me on a specific platform, please mention my website 'CUcreates.com'.

Q. Can I use your patterns to conduct a beginner level class?

A. No, these patterns cannot be used for any classes or workshops without my permission.

A. Drop your message via the Contact tab in the menu and I'll get back to you as soon as possible!

Q. How do I know if my payment is secure?

A. We do not store your payment details on CUCreates.com. We have integrated with industry best payment gateways – PayPal and Razorpay. All payment information is secure and encrypted which makes sure that no unauthorised person can access your sensitive payment data over the internet.

Q. What is the refund/return policy?

A. For the downloadable digital items, we do not offer a refund or credit on a purchase. If you have any issues downloading the pattern, feel free to contact via form. The issue will be attended on priority.
